This policy applies specifically to Brewmancy. It describes what happens when you ask the app to create a coffee reading. The app does not ask you to register or create a personal account. It uses a platform-verified wallet to keep track of credits.
Photos and readings
When you submit 1–10 cup photos, the app re-encodes each selected image as a JPEG, applies its orientation, removes embedded metadata such as EXIF and location data, and reduces its longest edge to 1,024 pixels. It sends the normalized photos over HTTPS to the Brewmancy service hosted by Hetzner in Germany.
The service temporarily writes normalized photo files to a private server directory while a job waits for analysis. It sends each photo to Ollama Cloud for visual analysis. The service deletes each photo file after its analysis and removes the job’s remaining photo files when the job finishes or fails. The server does not retain photo files as reading history.
Ollama’s privacy policy says that prompts and responses sent to cloud-hosted models are processed transiently, are not kept beyond what is needed to fulfill the request, and are not used to train AI models. Ollama says it may transfer and process data in the United States. Ollama also collects limited account and usage metadata that it says does not include prompt or response content. The finished reading text is stored by the Brewmancy service for up to 30 days so you can retrieve it. It is then deleted; an identifier needed to recognize an expired job may remain. While a job is active, its record also contains basic photo metadata, including dimensions and a photo digest. That job metadata is cleared when the job expires. A separate request digest used for duplicate-request checks remains in the credit ledger, which has no fixed expiry. The app saves the returned reading in its local history until you remove it or uninstall the app. Clearing local history does not remove an unexpired server copy.
Credits, purchases and recovery
One credit is reserved for each photo you submit. Only photos used in a delivered reading are charged; a failed job or rejected photo is not charged. The service keeps a credit ledger and purchase-verification records to maintain balances, prevent duplicate credit grants and handle refunds. It stores a digest of each store transaction identifier rather than the raw identifier. Credit, purchase and request-digest ledger records do not have a fixed expiry in the current service.
Apple processes iOS payments through the App Store. The service verifies purchase information with Apple and records the transaction digest and credit movements. The app does not receive your payment card details.
Technical information and third parties
The service receives the network information needed to handle each request, including your IP address. Its request limiter keeps IP addresses and request timestamps in process memory with a limit of 30 requests per 60 seconds. The current code does not set a separate expiry for each in-memory IP key. HTTP access logging is disabled; error logs are configured not to include photo contents, reading text, full IP addresses, purchase tokens or secret credentials.
Brewmancy includes no advertising or analytics SDK. It uses StoreKit for purchases and Apple’s signed app transaction to verify the platform wallet. There is no public profile, sign-in or user registration. The platform-verified wallet and its credit history are stored on the service so credits can be managed.

Your choices and privacy requests
You can remove local readings in the app and uninstall it. To ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information held by the service, email support@yasinguven.app. Include “Brewmancy privacy request” and enough information for us to identify the relevant wallet or purchase; do not send a password, signed purchase data or recovery code. We may need to retain credit, transaction-digest or refund records to maintain the ledger and meet applicable obligations.

Ollama’nın gizlilik politikasına göre bulut modellerine gönderilen istem ve yanıtlar hizmeti sunmak için geçici işlenir, isteği tamamlamak için gereken süreden uzun tutulmaz ve yapay zekâ modellerini eğitmekte kullanılmaz. Tamamlanan fal metni, yeniden görüntüleyebilmeniz için Brewmancy hizmetinde en çok 30 gün saklanır ve ardından silinir; süresi dolmuş işi tanımak için gereken bir kimlik kalabilir. İş etkin olduğu sürece kaydında boyutlar ve fotoğraf özeti gibi temel fotoğraf metaverisi de bulunur; bu iş metaverisi iş süresi dolduğunda temizlenir. Teknik bilgiler ve üçüncü taraflar
Hizmet her isteği karşılamak için gereken ağ bilgilerini, IP adresiniz dahil, alır. İstek sınırlayıcı IP adreslerini ve istek zaman damgalarını süreç belleğinde tutar; sınır 60 saniyede 30 istektir. Mevcut kod bellekteki her IP anahtarı için ayrı bir sona erme süresi tanımlamaz. HTTP erişim günlüğü kapalıdır; hata günlükleri fotoğraf içeriğini, fal metnini, tam IP adresini, satın alma belirteçlerini veya gizli erişim bilgilerini içermeyecek şekilde yapılandırılmıştır.
Brewmancy reklam veya analitik SDK’sı içermez. Satın alma için StoreKit ve platform cüzdan doğrulaması için Apple’ın imzalı uygulama işlemini kullanır. Herkese açık profil, giriş veya kullanıcı kaydı yoktur. Kredileri yönetmek için platformca doğrulanan cüzdan ve kredi geçmişi hizmette saklanır.
